- Uploading viruses, malicious code, or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. REAL-TIME AI AND SAFETY MONITORING
To fulfill statutory obligations under safety regulations and protect the community ecosystem, all text, voice, and interactive data layers within the Platform are subject to real-time automated AI filtering, monitoring, and moderation.
- We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or restrict account access automatically if algorithmic engines or human moderators detect behavior flagrantly violating safety rules.
- Serious violations involving child exploitation, grooming, or credible physical safety threats will result in immediate permanent bans and direct referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities along with necessary identity data logs
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform, including its software, source code, databases, functionality, text, graphics, designs, and logos, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use.

GOOGLE USER DATA POLICY

Google Account Profile: Basic profile information (such as email address and user ID) to authenticate and link your account.
Google Drive Files and Metadata: File names, file identifiers, file sizes, MIME types, and file contents that you explicitly select to view, upload, or download within the Veydar application.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR GOOGLE DATA
To display your Google Drive files in the in-app file browser.
To upload user-selected local files to your personal Google Drive storage.
To download and open selected documents (such as .docx, .pdf, presentation slides, or media files) locally on your device for presentation and collaboration purposes in Veydar virtual environments.
3. DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND SECURITY
Access & Refresh Tokens: Stored locally on your device in secure storage solely to maintain your connected session.
Downloaded Files: Temporarily cached on your local device to enable viewing with your computer’s default applications.
We do not transfer, sell, or store your private Google Drive file contents on external Veydar servers.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or training machine learning / artificial intelligence models.
4. GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY COMPLIANCE (LIMITED USE)
Veydar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
5. REVOKING ACCESS
You can disconnect Google Drive access at any time within the Veydar application settings or by revoking Veydar’s permissions directly via your Google Account Security Settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
